Tom is responsible responsible for the overall management of the corporate affairs of Idaho Primary Care Association. Tom is responsible for accomplishing, personally and through appropriate delegation, the programmatic and strategic goals under policies and directives established by the IPCA's board of directors.

 Rick Beveridge
Finance Administrator
Rick is responsible for managing IPCA's financial functions and provides technical assistance related to financial operations to community health centers when requested. Staff lead for the Finance Committee.                 rbeveridge@idahopca.org


 Kathy Coumerilh 
Director of Health Center Development and Training
Kathy provides training and technical assistance needs assessment and development of training and technical assistance strategies and assists the executive director in strategic and organizational planning and reporting.
Staff lead for the Membership and Nominating Committees.

Director of Workforce Development/SEARCH
Katrina is IPCA's contact for recruitment of professional candidates for Idaho's community health centers. Katrina is also responsible for the implementation of IPCA's workforce strategy and serves as staff lead for the Workforce Development Committee. She also directs the Idaho SEARCH (Students/Residents and Rotations in Community Health) program.

Moriah Nelson 
Outreach and Education Manager
Moriah provides outreach and enrollment technical assistance to health centers to enroll patients into health coverage, and facilitates activities that support providing access to care for special populations.

 Timothy Heinze, MHA 
Medical Home/Meaningful Use Program Manager                      
Tim provides technical assistance to health centers in the process of transformation to the Patient-Centered Medical Home model of care; provides assistance with achieving formal recognition of the PCMH; provides assistance to CHCs in assessing their readiness to adopt meaningful use standards.

 Deborah Blanton 
Program Specialist                      
Deborah provides project support to the director of clinical quality, the medical home/meaningful use program manager, and the finance administrator; coordinates training and technical assistance activities; and provides office management.
