Kira Mauseth, PhD
Dr. Kira Mauseth is a practicing clinical psychologist who splits her professional time between seeing patients at
Snohomish Psychology Associates, teaching as a Senior Instructor at Seattle University and serving as a co-lead for the
Behavioral Health Strike Team for the WA State Department of Health.
Her work and research interests focus on resilience and recovery from trauma as well as disaster behavioral health. She has worked extensively in Haiti with earthquake survivors, in Jordan with Syrian refugees and Jordanian relief workers, and with first responders and health care workers throughout Puget Sound the United States. Dr. Mauseth also conducts trainings with organizations and educational groups about disaster preparedness and resilience building within local communities.

Heidi Hanna, PhD
Dr. Heidi Hanna is the Chief Energy Officer of Synergy Brain Fitness, a company providing brain-based health and performance programs to individuals and organizations, a Senior Researcher with the Brain Health Initiative, and a Fellow and Advisory Board Member for the American Institute of Stress. Dr. Heidi is also an instructor at Harvard and a regular lecturer at Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa. She is a NY Times bestselling author who has written seven books, including The Sharp Solution, Stressaholic, Recharge and What’s So Funny About Stress?

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Letitia is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor. She uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach to support individuals in meeting their personal and professional goals. She has an eclectic approach to therapy by utilizing Solution Focused Counseling, which focuses on current issues and problem-solving.

Laura is an Associate Professor of Adult, Organizational, Learning & Leadership (AOLL) in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Idaho. She researches and practices profound living and organizational health and is a certified international mindfulness facilitator at the professional level.

Andrew McIntyre:

Andrew is Co-Founder, President of Leadership Development and Team Building of Upward Focus. He is the author of "Focus Fuel: How to Focus When You're Running on Empty" and the host of "The Heart of Leadership Podcast." Andrew strives to help individuals become the best version of themselves so they can help others do the same at work, at home and in their everyday life.

sfs Dr. Abhilash Desai, MD:
Dr. Desai is a geriatric psychiatrist and volunteer Medical Director of the Physician Vitality Program, Ada County Medical Society. He is an adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at University of Washington School of Medicine. He is the co-author (along with his wife Dr Faith Galliano Desai) of the book One Day Mindfulness Millionaire: Living Mindfully – A Lighthearted Primer for the Uninitiated. His practice focuses on helping patients with Intellectual disabilities, Autism, Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder, Dementias and Long-term care residents. He has been in practice for 21 years. Dr. Desai conducts workshops on stress management and neuroplasticity-based resilience training that includes learning simple mantra meditations and living mindfully.
