Workforce Development

The IPCA places a high priority on assisting member community health centers in recruiting and retaining highly qualified healthcare providers to serve the needs of the medically vulnerable population of Idaho.

This goal is accomplished through recruitment programs that coordinate with state, regional and national partners to increase and maintain a pool of qualified, mission-driven providers seeking a rewarding career with Idaho community health centers.

We are committed to educating students and residents on the important role community health centers and their providers play in the overall health of a community and to increasing national awareness of all that Idaho has to offer clinicians and their families.

For information about specific recruitment programs and partnerships contact Katrina Hoff, Director of Workforce Development at (208) 898-3824 or khoff@idahopca.org and visit our recruitment website.
